A fantastic book is still available. It is written by Gerard Rappard who has worked with the dutch Quo Fan Club from the period 1975 till 1996.
This fabulous coffee table book consists of 330 pages and includes over 900 exclusive photos from Gerard’s archives and photos by Govert de Roos (a famous photographer) from 1975. It is written in English. Some 200 pages about the FRANTIC FOUR period.
There is a forword by both Alan Lancaster and Colin Johnson (manager Quo period 1969 till 1987) and a complete gig listing from 1968 to 2012 and includes the activities of Alan Lancaster and John Coghlan after Quo.
Also included is a DVD which includes 2 hours of an interview with Alan and Colin. There are 500 photos of Quo single sleeves from around the world.
The book is crammed with statistics and photos of fan clubs, tour programmes, Quo books and tours. Plus technical background about instruments, backline and PA.
This is truly a stunning book for any Quo fan.
